Majestic Realty Co. announced it will not sell or lease its warehouse in Hutchins, Texas, to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for use as an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facility. The company stated it values its relationship with Hutchins Mayor Mario Vasquez and the city.
