Israel Says 50 Aid Trucks Entered North Gaza After US Warning

The Facts
After the US reportedly warned Israel that it would restrict arms shipments if it did not allow more humanitarian aid into Gaza, Israel said on Wednesday that it had facilitated the delivery of 50 trucks into northern Gaza. Israel launched an offensive into the area earlier this month.
The US told the UN Security Council on Wednesday that it would ensure that Israel does not have a "policy of starvation" in northern Gaza. Israel’s UN Ambassador Danny Danon said that Israel was committed to "working with our international partners to ensure aid reaches those who need it."

Though the situation in the region continues to escalate, the US has stood firm in its role as a mediator. Israel has every right to respond to the daily terror attacks it has seen since Oct. 7. However, it must also ensure that civilians are protected as best as possible. The US will continue to work toward regional stability.

Yet again, the US is trying to prevent Israel from winning this war over domestic politics. Israel is facing Iranian-backed terror on seven fronts, but the Biden admin. continues to appease pro-Hamas radicals in the US by limiting Israel's options. Indeed, Israel does not only have a right to defend itself; it has a right to win.

Israel's true intention in northern Gaza is to starve and obliterate the civilian population so that Palestinians never again live there. Israeli politicians and military officials have been quite clear about the country's genocidal goals, yet the media continues to ignore their horrifying ambitions. This is a campaign of mass extermination that has received the full backing of the US.

Hezbollah and Lebanon have suffered greatly for supporting Palestine against Israel's aggressive actions, but the group is determined to continue its noble fight. Hezbollah has opened a support front with Israel to show solidarity with Gaza, which has been facing a genocidal Israeli campaign. The attacks from Hezbollah will only stop when Israel withdraws from Gaza. However, Hezbollah is prepared and capable of defending Lebanon from any Israeli aggression.
