A federal judge Monday ruled that the Trump administration must provide due process to Venezuelan migrants deported to El Salvador's CECOT prison in March. The judge ordered the government to submit a plan by Jan. 5, 2026, to either facilitate the migrants' return to the United States or provide hearings that satisfy due process requirements.
