This is the EU’s moment to stop deferring and start defining the new global order with clean power, strong institutions, and actual credibility.

Europe’s economic and military weaknesses expose a deep crisis of confidence and capability. The world is not as it used to be, and a dependency on cheap Russian gas and stable U.S. leadership is no longer a viable strategy.
