Immigration Judge Orders Mahmoud Khalil's Deportation

The Trump administration has continued weaponizing the immigration system to silence constitutionally protected political speech and retaliate against pro-Palestinian advocacy. These charges against Khalil are pretextual and were only added after the original deportation justification failed in federal court. Khalil has also been denied due process.
