The Spin

Republican narrative

This shooting continues a pattern of violent, mentally unstable individuals — influenced by left-wing ideologies — targeting Christians. Progressive control of institutions and media further promotes divisive narratives, even omitting objective facts — such as the suspect's gender identity — to avoid offending anyone, even the shooter. Children would be safer if the media stopped playing politics and Democratic cities started cracking down on these deranged individuals.

Democratic narrative

This tragedy isn't about left-wing ideology targeting Christians; it's about a lack of gun control. Easy access to high-powered rifles enables every one of these tragedies, yet Republicans block reform, offering empty excuses and platitudes every time. The media reports facts, not bias, focusing on victims' pain, not the shooter's identity. Blaming would-be progressives ignores America's serious gun problem.

Cynical narrative

Both political parties are ignoring the real causes of America's shooting problem. Federal law enforcement often knows about these shooters before they attack but does nothing to stop them — revealing systemic flaws. What's worse, these agencies exploit tragedies to push surveillance tech aimed at building a dystopian state, not a safe one. The mental health crisis and cultural decay demand focus, not politics or control.
