It shouldn't be surprising that Trump, who openly admires the world's dictators, would seek an unconstitutional third term, or that his supporters in and out of government shamelessly would suggest he could go this route. Any method for him to remain in office beyond his current term would be illegal. Unfortunately, it may be hard to stop him if he takes certain steps.

A person like Trump comes along once in a lifetime, and everything must be done to ensure he continues to lead the United States on its road back to prosperity. By lifting his lame-duck status, Congress could make sure he has every resource necessary at his disposal and reward him for his loyalty to the American people.
