The Spin

Establishment-critical narrative

Petro has rightfully called out the ongoing genocide in Gaza and called for real action as diplomacy has failed. That the U.S. revoked his visa as punishment for him speaking moral truth shows that America will attempt to censor any head of state who refuses to launder Israeli atrocities in diplomatic language.

Pro-establishment narrative

When a foreign leader on U.S. soil openly supports terrorists and tries to incite U.S. troops to disobey their commanders, it's the right response — not censorship — to revoke his visa. Petro is merely facing the consequences of his reckless and incendiary actions.
