Georgia State Election Board cases confirmed thousands of fake hand-count entries and double-scanned ballots, and the FBI is already tracking down everyone involved in the count. Justice is finally moving forward on evidence that state officials ignored for years.
Democratic narrative
The judge who denied Fulton County's motion still called the FBI's affidavit "misleading" and "troubling," noting it omitted innocent explanations and flagged discrepancies that occur in virtually every election. Prior state investigations already found zero evidence of fraud tied to these ballots. Winning on a technicality with a bad-faith argument while a federal judge publicly questions the candor of the government's case is hardly the vindication that election fraud proponents are claiming.
