This intervention is exactly the kind of decisive leadership that makes President Trump different and has transformed a terminal diagnosis into a story of survival.
Anti-Trump narrative
What Trump has just done defies belief. Not only did he shamelessly expose Dunn's medical problems before the whole world, but he also admitted that a main reason he intervened to save his life was for his vote. Trump's framing of Dunn's diagnosis as little more than a legislative math problem is deeply problematic.
