An Amazon Web Services outage disrupted thousands of sites,three top tech CEOs were ordered to testify in a youth social media harm trial,and a lawsuit alleged that OpenAI's intentional removal of guardrails resulted in a teenager's suicide.Meanwhile, Apple became the world's second-most-valuable company,and Air Canada cut 400 management jobs.
