Jose Raul Mulino

José Raúl Mulino is a Panamanian politician, diplomat, and lawyer who has been serving as the 39th president of Panama since July 1, 2024. He previously held positions as minister of foreign relations (1993–1994), minister of government and justice (2009–2010), and minister of public security (2010–2014).
