Stuart Russell

Stuart Russell

Stuart Russell is a British computer scientist best known for his many contributions to artificial intelligence. He currently serves as a professor of computer science at the University of California, Berkeley, and from 2008 to 2011 was an adjunct professor of neurological surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. He founded and currently leads the Center for Human-Compatible Artificial Intelligence (CHAI) at UC Berkeley.
