Cecilia Farfán-Méndez
Cecilia Farfán-Méndez is the head of the North American Observatory on Organized Crime at the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime and a security scholar specializing in drug policy and organized crime in Mexico and Latin America. She is an associate professor at the University of California San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy and has published extensively on security issues, violence, and criminal governance in the region.
