Gabbard has fallen too far from reality, and Trump is right to distance her from any operational decision-making. Regarding the conflicts in both Ukraine and the Middle East, Gabbard's proposal is to appease the aggressive dictators in Russia and Iran, both of whom could launch nukes if given the chance. The U.S. stands at a breaking point: it either prevents nuclear war or allows enemy states to launch one.
Tulsi Gabbard's perspective is more realistic than any establishment politician's. The U.S. empire, and the war machine that has propped it up for so long, is in decline, which is why Washington and its allies in Israel pushing aggressively toward conflict with Iran. The warmongering elites understand that their power depends on perpetual war; and anyone who challenges this agenda is swiftly discredited or silenced.
The rift between Trump and Gabbard represents a much larger schism within the MAGA movement. Trump is failing to keep his campaign promise not to start a new war, a failure so spectacular that his own intelligence chief is posting videos warning about nuclear Armageddon. Unfortunately for Gabbard, her efforts have only embarrassed her boss, a man who refuses to hear sound advice, even from his closest aides.
