The Spin

Anti-Iran narrative

Designating Iran's Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization sends an overdue message that brutal suppression carries consequences. With thousands killed in the crackdown on peaceful protesters and systematic violence documented through images and reports, treating the IRGC like al-Qaeda or Hamas reflects reality. France and other previously hesitant nations have finally recognized that diplomatic channels mean nothing when a regime tortures, executes and massacres its own citizens demanding basic freedoms.

Pro-Iran narrative

The European Parliament's resolution relies on fabricated claims from Israeli media and U.S. warmongers while ignoring documented evidence that peaceful gatherings were turned violent by terrorist elements affiliated with the Zionist regime. Europe lacks moral credibility to lecture on human rights after supporting cruel sanctions against Iranians and remaining silent on Palestinian genocide. This meddlesome resolution violates fundamental principles of national sovereignty and international law.
